Between January and May 2007, CSCP contacted every secondary school in the UK to establish which schools offered Latin (at any level). The outcome of that research is available under the title Access to Latin.

In 2008 CSCP undertook a second phase to the research, based on a very detailed questionnaire sent to all secondary schools in the UK offering Latin. This research generated information on a range of issues relating to the teaching and learning of Latin, including the level to which it was offered in UK schools, the amount of teaching time required for GCSE, and teachers' perceptions of the major threats to, and opportunities for, Latin in UK schools.

The research report, entitled "A Statistical Report on Latin in UK Secondary Schools", is available to view and download here.
